Clients of Roger Henshaw Consultancy Services will receive free membership to the RHCS Online Document Library. The Online Library, which is available 24 x 7 from any internet connected computer anywhere in the world, allows both RHCS and the Client to secure, share, track and manage any electronic document - for example Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project files via KnowledgeTree™ a simple to use online document management system. KnowledgeTree™ also incorporates a powerful search engine enabling quick location of any document.
Individual or Group access to specific or multiple document folders can be easily set up for members by RHCS. Access independent of RHCS can also be set up, for example a Client and their Accountant may set up a shared tax information document folder to save emailing or mailing confidential documents.
