In late 2006 we engaged Roger Henshaw Consultancy Services (RHCS) to develop an application for the 2007/2008 round of Library Development Grants. Hawkesbury City Council’s Library service (situated in the new Deerubbin Centre, Windsor NSW) is endeavouring to secure funding from the Library Council of NSW to redesign and install new eye catching external directional signage, redesign and print promotional material and install new internal display units. RHCS developed a comprehensive project plan, budget and business case for inclusion in our grant application. I found Roger Henshaw to be both professional and knowledgeable about the grant process and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend RHCS to anyone wishing to develop business cases for project funding and workable practical project plans.
