Roger Henshaw of RHCS recently developed a business case and project plan to market Waverley Library Service. The project was to develop a comprehensive service-marketing plan (including a detailed implementation plan), to train staff and to carry out a major customer survey. The results of this project would also be used to inform a structural review and ongoing staff training/competency needs. Roger not only developed a sound business case, budget and project plan he was also inclusive, timely, up-to-date with public library trends and easy to work with.
