Targeted Library and Outreach Services Across the LGA

Coffs Harbour Libraries serves a geographically varied community through the Harry Bailey Memorial Library, Woolgoolga and Toormina branches, supported by programs, digital services and partnerships. Following the opening of the new central library, Council wanted a clearer evidence base for reaching residents who were not fully benefiting from the existing network. RHCS examined current service reach, community characteristics and sector practice, then brought together staff, Council and community perspectives to identify where targeted outreach could make the greatest difference.
